Beyond her work in the salon, Carina shares her expertise through a close partnership with Grimsby Institute, where she mentors students and provides advanced training to staff. Her commitment to education and growth ensures Salon Carina remains at the forefront of hair and beauty excellence.

When she’s not in the salon, Carina finds relaxation in walking her miniature dachshund, Bramble, who keeps her company on peaceful strolls.

Emma became part of the Salon Carina team in October 2023, bringing with her the expertise and dedication she honed while running her own successful hairdressing business. Her entrepreneurial background reflects her commitment to delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships with her clients.

Emma has a true passion for colour, and her stunning transformations are nothing short of amazing. Whether it’s bold, creative looks or soft, natural tones, Emma’s eye for detail and mastery of techniques ensure her clients leave the salon feeling their absolute best.

With over 20 years of experience, Jodie is a talented and dedicated stylist who has been an integral part of Salon Carina for much of her career. Starting as a Saturday girl at Alan Paul in Meadowhall, she honed her skills through an apprenticeship and has since become known for her flawless blow-dries, stunning colors, and expertise in Beautyworks Extensions, helping clients look and feel their best.

Jodie’s love for hairdressing is matched by her passion for horses. With an equine background, she enjoys days at the races and attending annual horse events. Jodie’s warmth, skill, and professionalism make her a beloved member of the Salon Carina family.

Katie joined Salon Carina in February 2024, bringing with her a wealth of experience as a talented and versatile hairdresser. Over the years, she has mastered a wide range of techniques, from precision cutting to creative coloring, making her an invaluable member of the team.

Recently, Katie has found her passion in working with bridal parties, crafting stunning hairstyles that help make their special day truly unforgettable. Whether it’s romantic updos, elegant waves, or timeless styles, Katie’s artistry and attention to detail ensure every bride feels radiant and confident.

Sophie is a highly experienced beauty therapist with a true passion for helping clients feel their best. Specializing in massage, Sophie is renowned for her rehabilitating deep tissue massages, which have earned her a loyal following of returning customers who trust her healing touch.

Gemma is one of our highly experienced beauty therapists at Salon Carina, with a true passion for skincare. Having previously worked with Clarins, Gemma has extensive knowledge of skincare products and how to tailor treatments to meet each client’s unique needs.

Her facials are designed not only to rejuvenate and relax but also to help clients achieve healthier, more radiant skin, boosting their confidence and well-being. Gemma’s expert advice and personalized care ensure that every client leaves feeling refreshed and confident in their own skin.

With years of experience in salons and spas, Amanda is a highly skilled beauty therapist dedicated to delivering top-quality treatments. A true Clarins enthusiast, she has extensive knowledge of the brand’s products and loves helping clients find the perfect skincare solutions.

Amanda specializes in facials, massages, and reflexology, ensuring each treatment is both relaxing and results-driven. She is also trained in Electrolysis for hair removal, skin tag removal, and thread vein removal, offering expert precision in these advanced treatments.

Annie joined the Salon Carina team in 2023 at the start of her hairdressing journey while training at college. Since then, she has grown from strength to strength, impressing clients and colleagues alike with her dedication and talent. Annie is on track to achieve her Level 2 in Hairdressing by Summer 2025.

Annie has a particular flair for color and creative hair-ups, where her natural talent truly shines. Her skills have already earned her recognition, including winning awards and becoming a finalist at the prestigious Salon International 2024 event in London.

Annie is available for bookings on Wednesdays for colors, blow dries, hair-ups, and basic cuts.

Sophie joined our salon in summer 2024 and has been a joy to have on the team. She’s currently working towards her Level 2 Diploma in Hairdressing, bringing enthusiasm, creativity, and a natural flair to everything she does. With her friendly nature and dedication, Sophie has quickly become loved by clients and colleagues alike. 

Layla is our 1st-year apprentice and the youngest member of the Salon Carina team, at just 17! Local to Louth, she’s passionate about learning all aspects of hairdressing and already shows a natural flair for curling and blow-dry styling. Her enthusiasm and dedication make her a bright addition to our salon family.

Outside of the salon, Layla loves spending time with her three Labradors and enjoys dancing, bringing the same energy and creativity she shows at work into everything she does.

Hannah is the dedicated Salon Manager at Salon Carina, ensuring everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. As the administrative powerhouse of the team, Hannah handles client queries, manages appointments, and keeps the salon organized and efficient.

In addition to her administrative expertise, Hannah is the creative mind behind our social media channels, showcasing the team’s amazing work and keeping clients up-to-date with the latest news and offers.

Kayleigh is our friendly receptionist and the welcoming face of Salon Carina.

She keeps everything running smoothly — from managing bookings to organizing events, packages and social media content — making sure every client’s visit is seamless from start to finish.

When she’s not in the salon, you’ll often find her in the gym or studying her psychology degree, always balancing her passion for well-being and learning. Known for her smile and positive energy, Kayleigh is always happy to help and brighten your day.
